Design and Engineering
Our engineering department begins with your design or concepts
to develop a 3-D part design.
With your approval of the design, each and every part is specifically
designed to meet thermoforming design specifications as well
as yours.
Since we have in house control of the design and manufacturing
process for both the prototype and production, this enables
us to keep costs down and speed up the overall process.
With an approved design we then build tooling from a variety
of casting materials specifically designed to meet your budget
and part specification requirements.
