Additionally, hand routing and drilling may be used where access to CNC equipment isn’t easily achievable.

Assembly is a finishing technique combining multiple thermoformed parts and/or using metal, plastic, fiberglass, or wood subcomponents and hardware to create a ready-to-install part. The assembly process ensures that the final product meets the client's specifications and design requirements and allows PCI to deliver more complex parts to our customers. These assembled parts reduce manufacturing time and complexity during final product assembly.

In addition to these finishing options, custom painting, screen printing, and coating solutions can be provided by secondary suppliers. These suppliers can apply various finishes to the formed parts, including metallic, matte, and glossy finishes.
